Drew was raised in Blackfoot, Idaho and from an early age has been involved in several aspects of agriculture, from moving pipe, to rodeo and eventually to owning his own farm and running a cow/calf operation in Sterling, Idaho. Drew started gardening at a young age with his family and continues to garden when time permits. He attended ISU for 3 years but didn’t finish due to joining the Marine Corps. Drew furthered his education through the American Nursery & Landscape Association by completion of the two year Garden Center University curriculum. He has used his education as the Manager of Town & Country Gardens since 2008. Most of all Drew loves the mountains where he lives in Howe, Idaho. Drew loves to hunt, camp, rides horses and four wheelers. He cherishes time spent with his two daughters and family and friends.
Angela Smith
Angela Smith Nursery Supervisor
Angela was born in Colorado and transplanted to Idaho in 1997. In 2005 she graduated from BYU-Idaho earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in design/build and maintenance. She is also a graduate of the Master Gardener Program. In 2006 she started working for Town and Country Gardens and Toy-R-Us. For 13 years Angela juggled between the two jobs, starting out in our maintenance and groundskeeping department, eventually climbing the ladder to Nursery Supervisor. She has a vast knowledge of all aspects of our store. Specializing in trees, shrubs and garden seeds. When she’s not at home relaxing, she enjoys rockhounding and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband. She has a knack for building miniature things like gardens, houses and anything Lego or toy related (thanks to her time spent at Toys R Us). Whether you’re needing help with garden seed, picking just the right tree and everything in between, Angela is the woman for your landscaping questions.
James Fleming
James FlemingHardgoods Supervisor
James is originally from north Florida but moved to Idaho in 2001. He has been with Town and Country since 2010 but has been working in the nursery industry since 1989. He completed the Horticulture program at the University of Florida through CFCC in 1998. James has always loved plants and credits his grandmother for getting him interested when he was very young. She gardened for 70 yrs and was a great inspiration to him. Our customers love James for his incredible knowledge and friendly, helpful manner. James really enjoys being a dad to his 3 sons Bowen, Mason and Ian. Outside of work he is an avid Star Wars fan, self proclaimed comic geek, and really enjoys coin collecting.
Cory Bond
Cory BondGreenhouse Supervisor
Cory is an Idaho Falls native that started her career at Town and Country Gardens in 2013. She began working as a cashier, quickly moving her way up the ladder where she is now the Greenhouse supervisor. She is an excellent team leader and is always finding ways to have fun and motivate her staff. Cory loves getting her hands in the dirt and is an expert at designing and making custom porch pots and flower beds. In her off time you can find her enjoying all things outdoors. Living life on the edge and exploring new places. Being on the back of the Harley with the love of her life is definitely her top one. They love spending time in their mountain cabin and spoiling their two beloved Rottweilers. It’s hard to catch her without a smile on her face. She is always supporting, encouraging and cheering her colleagues on. No matter the season, she strives to bring you the most beautiful plants that bring your dreams and ideas to life.
Bryan Ward
Bryan WardOperations Supervisor
Bryan was born in Salt Lake City, UT. He lived in many places until the age of 17 eventually moving back to his hometown. From there he started a long career at SYSCO foods. During his 27 year tenure at SYSCO he had many different job assingments, from working the loading docks to property maintenance, to running the Warehouse. He moved to Idaho Falls in 2016 and he began working for Town and Country Gardens that spring. Bryan works for the Operations team but you will always see him lending a hand to everyone whenever he can. When he’s not working and is forced to take some vacation time, he enjoys cooking and traveling. Bryan loves all things beautiful! This is why he loves all things peacock and enjoys decorating throughout the seasons, especially Halloween and Christmas. If he ever decides to retire, you’ll find him chasing the sun in Arizona.
Sarah Brizzee

Sarah is originally from Seattle, Washington and Mesa, Arizona. Sarah graduated from the University of Utah with her Bachelor’s Of Science in Health Science with a minor in Neuroscience. But her real passion was being with plants and gardening. She has always loved learning new things and is fluent in Spanish and American Sign Language. Her love of the outdoors is credited to her older brother, who with Sarah, brought home a baby desert tortoise to raise in their Arizona garden. That tortoise still resides at Sarah’s parent’s Arizona yard weighing over 100 pounds. After exiting the healthcare world Sarah worked in floral design. Her love for houseplants is where her heart and knowledge have always been. But her true love is with her family. She loves going to the river with her 3 dogs and her family, playing with her granddaughter, and diet pepsi.
Laurelyn McIsaac

Laurleyn was raised in Shelley Idaho with her two brothers, an endless amount of reptiles, dogs, cats, a crab, and even a rat named Rose. Plants have always been a part of her family as well. As a little girl Laurelyn marveled at the large houseplants the size of trees inside her home. She loved watching her mother bring life to the inside and outside of their home, the same footsteps Laurelyn has always followed. In her spare time, she loves to put together puzzles, similar to what she does at Town and Country Gardens. She is always figuring out the solution to any problem. She also loves to snuggle with her amazing furry companion JJ the mutt. Laurelyn is not only a pest control and cashier expert she is also an expert in the kitchen, putting her heart and soul into the best and tastiest vegan recipes.
