Mark your calendars. It’s time for the annual Thaw ‘n Awe Horticulture Symposium sponsored by the University of Idaho Extension. This year’s theme is “Growing your Groceries” and there will be classes on Herbs, Season Extension, Canning/Freezing/Drying, and Edible Landscaping.  The Symposium will be held on Saturday March 23rd at the Bennion Student Union Building at University Place in Idaho Falls. If you register by Friday, March 15, cost is just $35 and includes a catered lunch. Cost will be $40 at the door.
